Set into a sloping terrain in a privileged residential area in Konia hills, the house is primarily arranged in two storeys priotising the spectacular views across Paphos and the Mediterranean Sea.

Access is provided from the north with the road leading up to highest end of the site. The private house leads to an external terrace with an infinity pool, all embedded within Mediterranean garden offering a multisensory experience fragrant plants and rich  seasonal planting.

The main entrance directs guests into the core living areas of the house with a feature staircase leading up to the private family quarters, orientated to face the exceptional views of the sun setting over the sea. The journey through the open plan house reflects the different levels of privacy and aims to blur the boundaries between the interior and exterior living spaces through floor to ceiling glass sliding doors encouraging a free flow of space and movement.
